Karate 空手
Our Karate classes, located in Cheadle and Tean, welcomes students aged 7 and above of all abilities. We teach Wado Ryu-based Freestyle Karate, blending various styles of Karate to create a modern and practical form of self-defence. Our approach allows you to feel confident and secure in today’s society, giving you the skills to protect yourself and others when necessary. For classes catered to 4-7 year olds, click here.
In our classes, you will learn:
- Kata (a series of movements)
- Self-defense techniques
- Joint locks and throws
- Body movement
- Striking and defensive techniques
